Texas Rescue Team is here to bring the love and compassion of Jesus
Christ to the people of our community. Jesus Christ came to seek and to
save the lost. (Luke 19:10)
My wife and I know this to be true as you will see if you decide to read our
testimony. We will not be lifting up any church denomination or religious
system. We are just a simple layman's ministry with a passion to see
people experience the reality of Jesus Christ and His deep love for them.
If you are on our website because you have received some of our literature
we would love to hear from you. Rather that be a comment, a testimony of
what Jesus Christ has done in your life etc. Our desire is to share what
Jesus Christ has done in our life and prayerfully direct you into a repentant
lifestyle and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. To help you find a
good Bible believing church where you can grow in your Christian walk.
If you have never met the goodness of God please go to our Salvation Is
Here page and you can learn how to come into a relationship with Jesus
Christ. Also please contact us, we would love to hear from you.
Evangelism
We believe a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and a hope
for America starts with repentance.
REPENTANCE:
Change of mind; also can refer to regret or remorse accompanying a realization that
wrong has been done or to any shift or reversal of thought. In it's biblical sense
repentance refers to a deeply seated and thorough turning from self to God. It occurs
when a radical turning to God takes place, an experience in which God is recognized as
the most important fact of one's existence.
HOLMAN Illustrated Bible Dictionary
Jesus Christ preached, Repent and believe in the Gospel. (Mark 1:15)
Jesus speaking of the Holy Spirit spoke these words, And when He has
come He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of
judgement. (John 16:8) The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as
some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any
should perish but that all should come to repentance. (2 Peter 3:9)
Likewise I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the
angels of God over one sinner who repents. (Luke 15:10)
Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance,
and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God
leads you to repentance? (Romans 2:4)
It truly is the goodness of God which leads people to repentance. Jesus
Christ did not come into the world to condemn the world. (John 3:17) He
came to show His love for the world and offer His free gift of eternal life
through faith in Jesus Christ. Repentance is a gift and brings new life,
hope, restoration, and the forgiveness of sins. This is a promise.
If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive our sins and to
cleanse us from all unrighteousness. (1 John 1:9)
The Bible says, If My people who are called by My name will humble
themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways,
then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their
sin and heal their land. (2Chronicles 7:14)
Where are the Jonah's? How can America repent if they never hear the
gospel? Nineveh was saved and experienced revival because a man
ordained by God walked through the city, "crying out!" Repentance.
(Jonah 3:4)
Our cry for America and the people of our community is that repentance
would spread like a wild fire. Not just in the four walls of the church but
also that it would be preached on street corners so sinner's (like Nineveh)
would turn from their wicked ways bringing forth a revival across our land!
How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how
shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall
they hear without a preacher? (Romans 10:14)
Church please pray that God would raise up the Jonah's! That we may be
spit up on the beach and given another chance! Please also pray for Texas
Rescue Team, that God would use us to be a lighthouse for our community
as we try to make a difference and share the love of Jesus Christ!

Praying And Believing For A Genuine
Revival, Will You Join Us In Prayer
And Join The Lord In His Mission, To
Seek And To Save The Lost?
We are called to pray, "if My people who are called by My name will
humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their
wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin
and heal their land. (2 Chronicles 7:14) Were also called to go, "And as
you go, preach, saying,'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.' Heal the
sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you
have received, freely give." (Matthew 10:7-8) Peter told the lost, "Repent
therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, so that
times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord,"
(Acts 3:19) You see it's easier to talk to God about people than to talk to
people about God. That is why we will see many prayer meetings for
salvation of the lost, but if we'd listen while we pray we'd hear the Lord
saying, "well, go get them!" We are to be the hands and feet of
Jesus. All through out the New Testament the Lord used His church
to do His work in His garden. Remember Cornelius in Acts 10 saw the
angel who told him to call for Peter? God used Peter to proclaim the
Good News to him, not the angel. God wants to use you to proclaim
His message, It was His church that spread the Gospel throughout the
whole land, and it's to be us to spread it through out our whole land.
We are clearly saved by Grace through faith, (Ephesians 2:8) But after
so we have a new purpose, we have a job to do!
"But someone will say, "You have faith, and I have works." Show me
your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my
works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the
demons believe — and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish
man, that faith without works is dead? (James 2:18-20) Friends we don't
want dead faith! If we've been genuinely "Born Again" there should be
a passion in our heart to tell people of God's goodness, and to warn
them to flee from the wrath that is to come! When were born again
God fills our heart's with His love, and this is enough power to
override our fears of sharing our experience. Some will not want to
hear, but many will! And if we "GO" God will use us to bring in His
harvest. I believe Peter was nervous getting out of the boat, "but he
did it!" and what a victorious story it is! Some like to focus on him
sinking after a few minutes, but the man walked on water, and when he
did sink Jesus quickly saved him! Jesus will be there for us as well,
but we must get out of the boat! Were not always going to say
everything right, and we may make some mistakes and may face a few
questions we have to respond with, "I'm not sure about that, good
question, I will look into it though!" Remember it's not about us, It's
about Jesus Christ who came and died for us! And He will use the
seeds of His Word that we plant to accomplish what He sent it forth to
do, it wont return to Him void.
"So shall My word be that
goes forth from My mouth;
It shall not return to Me void,
But it shall accomplish what
I please,And it shall prosper
in the thing for which I sent it.
"For you shall go out with joy,
And be led out with peace;
The mountains and the hills
Shall break forth into singing
before you, (Isaiah 55:11-12)"so do not worry beforehand, or premeditate
what you will speak. But whatever is given you in that hour, speak
that; for it is not you who speak, but the Holy Spirit. (Mark 13:11-12)
And if you experience persecution than, "Rejoice and be exceedingly
glad, for great is your reward in heaven, for so they persecuted the
prophets who were before you. (Matthew 5:12) And then one Glorious
day you will hear, "Well done, good and faithful servant; you were
faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things.
Enter into the joy of your lord.' (Matthew 25:21)
"Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of
witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily
ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before
us, looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for
the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the
shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
(Hebrews 12:1-2)
Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in
the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching
them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am
with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen. (Matthew 28:19-20)

These 4 young mormon men in Salt Lake City
UT listened earnestly as I shared with them the
truth of Jesus Christ and the dangers of trying to
enter heaven any other way. They took my
literature that explains the problems with the
doctrine of mormonism, and the truth of the
Holy Bible. Good seeds were planted. And
God will water those seeds! He is Faithful! Not
wanting any to perish!

Below is a picture with the
Mormon Apologetic group
from Brigham Young
University. These men are
not honest when it comes to
historical evidence and facts.
They will twist the truth at
any cost to protect the
Mormon religion. May God
open their eyes to the truth of
the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
This man below is paid by the
Mormon Church to go and
heckle any fruitful
conversations we may have
with their followers. I talked
to him a few times, he was
actually a pretty nice guy.
Please throw a prayer in his
direction, I would love to see
the light of the Gospel
penetrate his heart. God is so
good.
